For over 20 years, I have worked in and with complex organizational structures of renowned top companies. My enthusiasm for the dynamics of people and organizations remains unbroken. It fulfills me to accompany individual and collective change processes— with deep respect for the challenges and opportunities they present.
Solid coaching qualifications and university degrees in communication, international management, and change management form the foundation of my expertise. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Middlesex University in London, where I research the emergence of high-performing teams.
